Gluten Free Buttery Lemon Lavender Tea Biscuits

These are killer, and my friends remind me of these every year.
Finally I've been able to replicate these in a GF version.
Buttery (ghee based) and light, crispy, airy, with a hint of lavender, which sets them apart.

(I think these are actually MUCH better than the original flour-based version!)
