Day one of 2017
and my first gf df culinary experiment of the year is already complete.
We (my naturopath, Pandora and I) have been trying to find a higher quality nourishing liver- or teewurst without the fillers for a while. Liver is so good for ya, but the taste can be a little ... well, overwhelming. This has none of the liver taste. In addition, cream seems to be a big ingredient in all of the store bought wursts to make them creamier, but I think I was able to find a good substitute.
Little did I know how easy it is (and flavorful) to make it yourself!
Plus, I get to dictate what ingredients are used.
